Reshma Amol Fawde is a passionate vocalist, dedicated music educator, and founder of Swarsrushti Music Class, a reputed institution based in Kalyan offering vocal music training across genres and age groups. With over 20 years of experience in singing,Reshma has made a lasting impact in the field of music education and performance.

She began her musical journey in 2000 and has trained under eminent gurus like Smt. Uttaratai Kelkar. She holds formal qualifications in music, and after marriage guru manoj mali trained her classical music….Praveshika Purna from Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya and Geet Alankar from Samarth Sharda Sugam Sangeet Vidyalaya (Govt. recognized). Her training spans across Light Music, Bhavgeet, Bhaktigeet, Lokgeet, Lavani, and Old Bollywood melodies.

As an authorized exam center head of Bhartiya Sangeet Kalapeeth, she has mentored numerous students through certified music programs. She also serves as the Head of Department at GnanShi Foundation NGO, nurturing young talents through community outreach and educational initiatives.

Apart from her Light and semi-classical expertise, Reshma is also a curriculum designer, having developed specialized music books and lesson plans for pre-primary and primary students. Currently, she teaches at BBRT International School as a music teacher.

Her achievements include being a semi-finalist in various television and local singing competitions like Mee Marathi, Kalyan Idol, Voice of the Mall, and more. She is the proud recipient of the Saptasur Maharashtracha Kalagaurav Puraskar 2025 and continues to perform in cultural events, Diwali Pahats, Ganpati Utsavs, and charity shows.

Whether on stage or in the classroom, Reshma’s goal is simple — to spread the joy of music and inspire every child to find their voice through song.
